Cookie policy
Blackjack Chart sets no cookies. It uses a few browser-storage items, and the optional ones are only saved with your consent.
Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage work in a similar way and privacy laws treat them alike, so this page covers all three.
Blackjack Chart sets no cookies at all. It uses browser storage only for the items listed below, and none of them are shared with anyone or used to track you across websites.

Categories we use
Each item belongs to one category.
Strictly necessary
These items make the site work as you asked and do not need consent: remembering your storage choice, and moving keyboard focus to the page heading after you use the menu.
Functional
With your consent, the calculator and trainer remember your rule settings and your current ten-hand session. If you decline, the tools still work fully. They just start fresh on each visit.
Analytics
Not used. This site runs no analytics or statistics service.
Advertising
Not used. This site loads no advertising or marketing trackers.
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
bjc:consent | Local storage | Strictly necessary | Remembers your storage choice so the banner is not shown again. | Until you clear it |
bjc:focus-h1 | Session storage | Strictly necessary | Moves keyboard focus to the page heading after you follow a menu link. | Removed on the next page load |
bjc:rules | Local storage | Functional (consent) | Your chosen deck count and table rules in the calculator and trainer. | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |
bjc:trainer | Local storage | Functional (consent) | Your current ten-hand trainer session and score. | Until you clear it or withdraw consent |
Change or withdraw consent
You can change your choice at any time. Open the storage settings with the button below or the Cookie settings link in every page footer. Withdrawing consent deletes the functional items straight away.
Browser controls
You can also clear or block site data in your browser settings. If storage is blocked, every chart and tool still works, but no preferences are kept between visits. See also the privacy policy.
