Using the site

You may read, use and print the charts, tools and guides for your own personal, non-commercial study. The site needs no account. We do not offer gambling, accept bets or handle money.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• break the law or help anyone else break it while using the site;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
• copy the site at scale by automated means, or republish its content as your own;
• misrepresent your connection with Blackjack Chart or imply that we endorse you.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, chart layouts, card artwork, tools and design are our original work and are protected by copyright. Basic-strategy decisions themselves are facts drawn from the sources credited on each chart. The Inter typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

You may print or download the charts for personal use. Republishing our pages, charts or PDFs, or using them in a product or another website, needs our written permission. Ask at contact@blackjackchart.co. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are welcome.

Accuracy and no advice

We take care that the charts match their stated sources and rules, but we cannot guarantee that every page is free of errors, current or suited to the game you play. Table rules vary, and the content is for education only. It is not gambling, financial or legal advice. Read the full disclaimer.

Third-party links and sponsored content

Links to other websites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Any paid or sponsored content is labelled as such, and a link does not mean we endorse the linked business.

Availability

The site is provided free of charge “as is”. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions you make based on it, including gambling losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@blackjackchart.co. See also the privacy policy.
